It will teach you how to feel, heal, and activate your energy, use your own medicine, allowing a rewiring of the brain and nervous system. From this space, you can create and receive your ideal reality and help others do the same, too.

What is the process like?
lEVEL 1
Begin your journey in the magical world of energy. Become a clear channel for healing energy to flow through you through different physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual practices. Learn about the ego and true self, practice shadow work, access the energy realm, and begin to heal and activate yourself with different techniques.
LEVEL 2
Dive into intuition, emotions, the brain & nervous system, trauma, fascia, and how to guide others before, during, and after sessions. Learn about energetic anatomy, feminine, masculine, and non-dual energy, and the language and symbolism of the body.
level 3
In-person training to become a facilitator. 7 day immersion, including a private Somatic Energy Healing & Activation session, 6 to 9 in-person group sessions, and 3 monthly integration sessions, reflections, and other holistic practices with Gaby.
